The Council on Rail, key partners, and stakeholders will convene in Washington, D.C. at the Council on Rail Winter Legislative Meeting for federal policy updates on a variety of topics. During this meeting, state rail officials will engage with key Federal, Congressional, rail industry, Amtrak, rail association, and other stakeholders interested in AASHTO's rail members. As freight and passenger rail needs at the state and regional levels continue to grow and evolve, this meeting provides an opportunity to discuss the current state of federal rail policy.
